Wireless ISP route thru 2600

My ISP talked me into connecting to their wireless service. We connected the dish to a network hub at our main store and now need to connect the remote stores. I can ping the dish from the remote stores but cannot access it. My regular router guy is on vacation. Do we need to change the routing or the natting?
