I've been getting requests for wireless headsets for our call center (about 15 positions in about 2500 square foot room with low (3 foot) modular furniture). I've been resisting because I don't want to waste tech time with static, noise, and dead battery complaints. Currently they use Plantronics wired (mostly H41 type) headsets. It looks like Plantronics makes some nice wireless stuff compatible with D Term series E phones. Does anyone have experience either pro or con in a call center environment with wireless headsets? I was thinking trying either Plantronics CS70N or CS351N.
