Wireless headstes in Call center environment

Hi !

I have a Nortel call center express running Digital phones model M2616 / M2216 / M3903.

I want to use wireless headsets for my agents.

The problem i am facing is, when a call is completed the agent gets logged off.

Has anyone ever done this successfully before ?

Check the programming in the PBX for the ACD queue that the agent phones are actually assigned to. The HOML prompt should be NO.
