Is there a wireless headset with a remote pickup option for the Partner phones?

There are lots of headsets you could use. Plantronics / Avaya headsets will need the HL10 Handset Lifter to go off hook just by pressing the button on the headset.

If that price is a bit too much, go to Walmart and purchase a nice cordless phone for under $100 that comes with a headset. Plug it into the AUX port on the back of your Partner phone for a cordless version of your extension. It won't be as seemless as the headset but it is lots less expensive.

Plantronics CS55, CS70, or the Voyager 510, just make sure you get the lifter.
