Wireless headset for operator

We want to give our operator the ability to leave the main console area, but still answer calls and forward them to the correct extension.

I've read through the forums and it sounds like a product is available from Plantronics (the C10). I'm confused though on whether or not it will allow transferring of calls. That would be critical for us.

If you have a single line port avaiable on the system I woud use it to cover the console. Then you can use flash transfer. The down side is only 1 call at a time.

Thanks for the reply. I think that one call at a time would probably be ok for us.

How can I tell if we have a single line port available ?
What type of hardware would we need ?
