The company wants to get a wireless headset for the attendant console. From some old threads I gather that these exist. However, their main reason for this is not so the receptionists can leave the desk while on a call, but so that they can answer calls while away from the desk. Is this possible? If so, is the wireless unit able to manage calls as if the receptionist was sitting at the console? It just seems to me that it defies the purpose of having an attendant console/switchboard.
