Hi everyone,

I have a Jabra Link Electronic Hook Switch to connect a Jabra 9330e Wireless headset to an 1140e set. I connected all everything, however, I still do not hear any dialtones. I changed the preferences on the 1140e set to USB headset.

Any suggestions on what I have done wrong? Thanks,

Mary

The Jabra EHS appears to be a normal wired connection (I don't see USB end on it when checking out internet pictures). You did already try it on 'wired' right? Nortel/Avaya might have a document out on compatible EHS's and wireless headsets. We just use a bluetooth Plantronics set and it works great. Then you don't need to waste the extra $100 on a base version unit.
