Wireless-G configuration for hotel guests

Is there a way to initiate Internet Explorer to pop up and display a specific page when a user initially connects or attempts to connect to my wirless network. I am using the following:

Linksys 2.4 Wireless-G Access Point.

I have the network secured, but will entertain changes.

What I want to do is set up a web page offering the user different options to sign up for access, plus some banner advertising what is available in our hotels.
(I work in the hospitality industry, and this would be great for hotel guests at my properties)

Any ideas would be appriciated.

Regards,

Many high speed Internet providers that supply access to major hotels do this. Essentially they use DNS to automatically route all IE page requests through their web access portal page unless they pay for outside access. By obtaining your DNS server info automatically via DHCP you are routed by default through their DNS server. Also most likely all outside DNS requests are blocked to make sure people don't cheat and access their own DNS servers. You can try contacting companies like Wayport to see if they can offer you a solution.

you can also add a BBSM server. It can do everything you pretty want. dhcp, dns, billing, monitor traffic. When people want to use a browser it get first directed to the bbsm server to login etc...real good stuff..not too straight forward to setup though

CCNA, CCNP..partly ;)
