I've got a problem setting up a network with a wireless ADSL modem and a extra router.

The Adsl modem is configured and working fine. It's wireless network name is SpeedTouch an the IP address is 10.0.0.138. I've connected a USB nic to it.
I can connect the internet with this configuration.

What I want now is connect an extra wireless router to it which will connect the other PC's in the network to the Internet.

What do I have to do?
Make an extra network with a different name and a different IP address range?
I tried everything, even connecting the modem with the router via UTP cable.
