I have 4 x dell 4350 wireless devices on my network, using WPA2 TKIP. Lately they seem to be dropping staff connections at random intervals. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this

How do you have them set up? What channel are you using? What is the coverage like? Is it the same users getting dropped off? and what it happening when the get dropped off? What applications are in use? Has any new equipment been installed that may cause interference ie microwave?

Ok lets start.
How do you have them set up? WPA, TKIP, 3 have hidden SSID 1 not because of the issues and Vista doesn't like hidden SSID's much, Spread throughout the office each with a separate SSID. 802.11b & G.Only access controls in place is WPA Pre-Shared Key. Would love to know how to do it with a certificate though.
What channel are you using? Channel = Auto
What is the coverage like? Fairly good +/- 50M you can be in the car park and access the network.
Is it the same users getting dropped off? everyone on wireless all devices.
What applications are in use? Outlook Excel in house app that has been used for a while now, never had issues before.
Has any new equipment been installed that may cause interference ie microwave? Dont know don't work in the kitchen.

Further info, it shows them as connected. Then when you switch to a different Device it battles to gain an IP [limited no connection icon], I then disconnect and try a different device and it starts working again.
