I can connect at home with my Comcast Wireless.
When I am away as Airport or Starbucks or Library, I am unable to connect to the available wireless networks at these locations.

My Laptop is Dell Inspiron 9300.
1. The Wireless Network indicates that it is connected with strong signal.
2. However, I click on Internet Explorer and I receive the message Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.
3. The Network Diagnostics for Windows XP indicates under HTTP, HTTPS, FTP Diagnostic the following:
HTTP: Error 12007 connecting to THe Server name or address could not be resolved.
HTTPS: Error 12007 connecting to THe Server name or address could not be resolved.
FTP(Passive): Error 12007 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com: THe Server name or address could not be resolved.
HTTP: Error 12007 connecting to THe Server name or address could not be resolved.
HTTPS: Error 12007 connecting to THe Server name or address could not be resolved.
FTP(Active): Error 12007 connecting to THe Server name or address could not be resolved.

Error COULD NOT MAKE HTTP CONNECTION
Error COULD NOT MAKE HTTPS CONNECTION
Error COULD NOT MAKE FTP CONNECTION

Someone please, What is my problem???

When you get to a location that has free wifi try disabling and the re-enable the wirless card in your laptop. If that doesn't work and you are connected to that wifi bring up a command prompt and type in the following.

ipconfig /flushdns
