Wireless Connections

Hello All,
By what I understand, there is no way to script a wireless connection to a AP on XP. Is this correct? The other question I have, is there a way to have one wireless connection then lock out the ability to add anyother AP connections? There has to be something in the reg. Any comments would apprectiated.
