am looking to connect two buildings together - they are approximately 250' - 300' apart, have direct line of sight except for some tree branches - anybody have experience with a similar situation - i am looking for low end solutions as well as higher priced alternatives - also any thoughts on what impact the trees will have would be appreciated - thanks

well........ it really depends on how many branches and what frequency you're useing. if there isn't many branches and they don't get alot of leaf cover in the summer, there shouldn't be a problem. its the water in the tree that does the most damage to the signal.

check this site out, it will give you what you need. keep in mind this is just one of hundreds routes you can take. This can also be done useing different company's eruiptment, so if the price isn't right look for more. i'm pasting the link because of visual explainations.

hope it helps
