wireless client, router and access point in one box?

good morning. is there any single device which functions as wireless client, router and access point? i need to connect three computers to the internet having only one ip address from my wireless isp.
thank you!

Yeah, I do believe that the router I have is one of those such devices. It's a Dlink Wireless G Router model number WBR-1310. It has four LAN ports and serves as a wireless access point. Good day.
