Wireless cannot connect to Vanguard.com - other sites fine

My new Linksys-wireless-connected PC cannot connect to

http://www.vanguard.com

or

http://www.fidelity.com;

but can connect fine to all other sites. Before it was wireless, the same PC was connected to a cable-modem directly & could access. IE & Windows98 are updated to latest patches. I followed the linksys tech suggestions, but no connection. The Linksys-wired-connected PC through the same Linksys-broadband-router connect to everything fine.

Any suggestions?

Are you using a what type of wireless device are you using? A PCI card, WEP that connects via usb or a wifi AP that you connect to via ethernet?

If you are using an AP you might want to make sure that you are not "double NAT'ing". Also check to make sure your browser supports ssl and 128 bit encryption, since vanguard requires that.
