Hi Gang,
We recently configured the RWW area of Small Business Server 2003. Unfortunately one of our users cannot establish a remote desktop connection session. They've tried using 2 different PCs without success. However no one else has any problems. The one constant factor between the 2 PCs our end user works on is a Wireless Broadband connection. Is it possible that the wireless broadband is some how conflicting with the Remote Desktop?

Are they trying to connect from home or locally?

Some things to check would be Windows Firewall connection, Check to see if the user has RDP rights on the computer trying to connect. If this person is trying to connect from outside the local office, they will need to check their firewall settings to ensure that the RDP port is allowed.
