Hi all
We have a pair of Buffalo wirless devices that we have setup as a dedicated bridge between two buildings, we have also enabled WEP with a good key for some reason they don't support WPA as a bridge. If i enable the bridge function the WPA is unavailable and i have to use WEP.
1. Am i correct in assuming that someone would have to crack our WEP key then analise a packet to find a MAC address and then spoof it to connect to our network?
2. Am i better off setting it up like this or should i set it as a standard access point and enable WPA?
The second building only has three PC's in it and generates very little traffic if that makes any difference to the amout of time someone would have to hang around to crack the key.
Thanks for any ideas.
