wireless between 2 buildings

Could someone recomend a cisco, (boss will only use cisco), solution to connect 2 buildings via wireless. I have an existing routed LAN and have been asked to connect a new office in the building next door. Existing LAN is on 10th floor and new space is on 6th floor of building next door, with no access to the roof, so the solution becomes limited to equipment that can be placed in the office.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

How far?
Are there any other wireless networks in the area?
Are asthetics important?
