I have a remote user who has a wireless setup in his home with comcast cable. He has a wireless router provided to him by comcast. Everything works fine except his email. He can recieve and read most things but when he tries to send it locks up and freezes on him.. however, if he's in a starbucks on wireless, everything works fine... which leads me to believe that there is an issue with comcast's router and his email. Anyone have any thoughts or insights as to what kind of configurations or rules the router might have to cause issues with outlook?

Wireless and Outlook issues, please help.

Can remote user connect to, and browse the internet from home ok? If yes, what happens if user tries to upload/download mail on relevant website? Tell the forum what make and model router is being used - maybe a setting needs changing...?
