Hi

I am thinking of using a wireless card in the workstation and wireless access point to connect a workstation on to the exisiting cabled network.

The workstation is using a fixed IP address and is running under Windows XP. The Server is running IP. Workstation client is V4.83 but this could be revised.

Will this ever woirk properly using the NetWare client or will I just be wasting my time?

It should work fine. Wireless works just fine, NetWare doesn't care what kind of medium you're using. On another note, I would recommend upgrading to Client version 4.91 SP4.
