Could someone point towards the best Wireless controller for controlling Visitor and untrusted devices and not so much for the Enterprise AP management?

We are looking at Aruba and Cisco.

i use Aerohive Guest Manager, but I also use Aerohive for my enterprise wireless infrastructure as well.
