Hello. They program just like an I2004 in the PBX. They follow the same key mappings as an I2004 or M3904. We have about 600 of these in production. Unless you have the Nortel configuration cradle you have to enter your SSID and WEP key (if you are using them) manually into the phone. Have you already setup your DHCP scope, SVP servers and TFTP server for the phones? Here is an example of how a phone can be programmed in the PBX.
