Can someone please tell me if my NETGEAR wired router's Firewall good enough to protect my home pc's? Win xp, thank you

I have three PCs connected to a Netgear RT314 router and use the XP SP2 firewall for good measure. I also use a traffic logger (Linklogger) I haven't been 0wn3d yet (but it's rather annoying to read the logs and see somebody try to FTP or Telnet to my IP address... not once, but repeatedly).
 
If you actually reverse DNS those entries, you'll see a lot coming from sites like AOL, Yahoo, etc.. etc.. As long as you aren't in the DMZ you should be fine.

Most are from domains with .ru .ch .no .ph .fr extensions :(
