They originally shipped with the wrong quick-disconnect cords...make sure they send you the BLUE cord!

Hello,

i am also looking for headsets for ip 710 phones.
Plantronics is the most known name in the industry, but in this case is too expensive.

Do you know other alternatives, compatible with ALTIGEN?

or we could say that generally speaking most headsets are compatible with most phones as far they have the RJ-9 (RJ-22) and the small plug?

I think 'most are' compatible...as in the ones we use. It came with an adapter cable which had to be swapped out for the 'right one'.

Give this one a try...works and fits great...$35!
I use it on out IP710 and IP-600 phones...
