How do I get rid of old calendar events? I just deleted old email accounts (from work) and want to start fresh with my own personal email addresses, but all my work related calendar appointments, etc still are in there, despite me deleting the old accounts (on the accounts page).

The data in your mailbox or pst files doesn't change based on account setup.

Go into the calendar, sort the view by category, select all, delete.

So should I assume there is a better way to re-set MS Outlook 2003 than dragging all messages to Deleted Items and then permanently deleting? How would you recommend cleaning house to completely erase an outlook account, and start a new one from scratch?

If you're not connecting to an Exchange server, and want to COMPLETELY empty everything, create a new pst file and set it as the default, then remove the existing one.

how do i create a new .pst file? I have no clue

this might sound dumb, but yes, i want to completely start over with a brand new outlook account.

Will importing the new file i just created give me a new outlook? wont the old one still be there? Or I guess my question should be...

How do I remove the current outlook profile? (I know how to import the new blank one)
