WinXP Pro/Win 98 Floppy disk error

I have an enduser on a network who does the initial work on a WINXP pro machine, saves a Word 2000 doc, to a floppy disk to take home to work on, brings back to the office to WinXP Pro machine, and she receives this error:
"No ID Address mark was found on the floppy disk."

HOWEVER, if I then take that floppy disk, to my WinXP Pro work station, I can access the Word 2000 doc with no problem.

I have not yet tested to see if this is profile related, if that is a possiblity please let me know. I am Administrator of network, and my individual PC.

I have heard you get this is the floppy was first formatted on 98 then used on XP. Try a full reformat on XP, see if that helps.

Maybe it is a dirty floppy drive on her machine.

Very Strange... Floppy not readable in XP????
