WinWord Will Not Open

Word will not open and we get the following error text: AppName:winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6926 ModName:winword.exe ModVer:9.0.0.6926 Offset:0040ea0c

We removed Office, repaired Office, Did a Restore to Windows XP back to when we knew Word was working and it still will not load. All other Office programs are working fine.

Found the solution. Sorry to bother. We deleted Normal.dot and everything back to normal.
