winVnc problem connecting to my friends desktop

Hi All,

I am trying to take control of my friends desktop. I am getting a timeout. My friend added my IP in client access.

If any one know how to handle this situation please let me know.

Is it XP sp2? One word-firewall. If not make sure it is setup correctly with a password set.
