winstlcf - endpoint remote installation

Hi,
Anyone was succesfully installed endpoint using winstlcf ?

I have TMF patch 85A english (windows 2000 server sp2 english). Endpoints version 105.

I'm using clients windows 2000 pro spanish version, so, account "Administrator" is "Administrador" (in spanish).

i tried:

winstlcf -Y -v -N MYEP "NEWEP NEWEP\administrador passwd"
where MYEP is a win2k pro machine with endpoint working ok
and NEWEP is the machine i want to install.

The result: lcfd service installed and running, but account tmersvd and group Tivoli_Admin_Privileges are not created.
