I know there is a way collect the hardware model number etc. using the GUI version of winspm. Is there a way to collect that same data using the "standard" winspm?

Also once I have collected the data (either method) how do I export that data into something meaningful?

I am new to the reporting side of winSPM

Is it Maintainence, System, Inventory?

Board Vintage will show this way, if that's what you are after. You might try printing out the system setup information to get your output, then delete what you don't need.

If I am in standard winspm mode, as some of my switches don't support the GUI version, how do I print?

In the GUI or in the standard mode how do I collect the system inventory into a txt file?

Sys Prog > Start (or exit) > More >Print > System Setup.
This will "print" to file on the Site Directory for that site in Win SPM. You can then print to printer as desired.

Pepperz,

Thanks that worked. The only thing it didn't provide was revision information. But it got me where I needed to be. Thanks
