I am changing services from PRI to IPflex. The IP FLex emulates the PRI configuration as long as the settings in the phone system match the configuration in the router. The only variable that I don't have is how many incoming digits is the Avaya looking for. I think I can find this info out by accessing the phone system with WinSPM. I have never used WinSPM before. What section would I go into to view the current settings? Or is there an easier way to get this info from the phone system. Please don't respond with "ask the current provider" because that it not an option. Thanks.

In WinSPM, go to Print, PRI. If there are routing tables populated, you will see the digits being sent, and if any digits are being deleted or added. Othetwise, the digits being sent just match the extension numbers.

Take a look at the FAQ's on this forum. Specifically
Setup PRI incoming routing with digit manipulation

It's not going to be easy if you've never programmed a Legend before. Be aware that the Legend/Magix are limited to what settings IT can accept from the IP Flex router. You're going to have to convince the provider to match YOU instead of you matching them.

Again, print your PRI info, and you will see what you currently have set up.
