Hi i found on EBAY And a few stores online WINSPM the software for my PC to program Legend. Well they just give features no on gives info on what i need to connect it to my system. I have a computer with widnows 95. I would like to know what i need to conect the computer and system together. i want to use this to program the system it will make thigs much easier. And how much space will i need on my hard drive for this? Thanks for you assistace.

since you have a laptop w/win 95 ,you should have a serial port ,from your serial port you will need aa 9 pin female to a 25 pin male serial cable, you then need a 355AF adapter( you can purchase from Metroline, about 49$) from adapter a 8 conductor cord D8W to your admin port into your legend, will get you going, it dosn't take much disc space, can't rem

Is there a way i can make the adapter THNKS

There is an easy way to connect if your laptop has a modem. This is how I do it. Using my laptop modem, I call my system on my primary phone number from an outside line. When I answer, I "transfer to *10" which sends my modem connection to the administrator of the system. Then, you hit "connect" on your Winspm and you are connected! Below is the actual instruction from the help section of winspm.

"Internal, External: These connection methods use your PC’s modem to access a communications system. If you have more than one modem installed on your machine, you will be presented with a TAPI device selection screen. This will allow you to specify which modem you want to use to connect. There is no difference between these two connection types, except that it allows you to have 2 different dial strings for a site. (i.e. ‘*10’)"

Hope this helps.
