Winspam Drivers

I having working on legends ever AT&T, Lucent & now Avaya as an installer & repair tech. Never had a problem connecting to systems unless the adapter needed to be swapped out. But the problem I have now with any system is the same. I believe it to be a problem with the drivers because I had a driver problem with connecting to Panasonic system & needed to download drivers. How can I check what drivers I need for Winspam are still installed?

why not just reinstall winspam?

The issue is the adapter drivers not WinSPM
go to the manufacturers website and grab the correct drivers for the adapter and you should be fine
