winsocket and TCP/IP connection

Hi,

I'm looking for a code example using winsock to establish a TCP/IP communication between 2 computers (LAN). I have to use Ethernet 10-100 Mb/s cards but I want to keep it really simple.

Somebody know where I could find a sample ?
