A week agoI had posted an issue whereby my smart card reader was not getting recognised. The issue still persists, but I have found out that my ME can't find out
"winscard.dll" through a diagnostic program.

what is this WINSCARD.DLL and how can I get it for mE.
[ I've rerun ME on my PC , but apparantly this dll eludes me]
