Wins Server Replication

I have a nt 4.0 wins server one each on each side of a t-1 line and can not get two unit to repilicate their data bases to each other. Each machine is in a different domain but, we have been able to get the login scripts to replicate on each machine. Anyone know of a good book on WINS server? The only books I have really offer little help on Replication problems.
