WINS Reverse-Lookup

When editing records in a zone I receive the following error msg

Warning: creation of the assciated pointer record failed, probably because the referenced Reverse-Lookup zone could not be found.

update associated PTR record is enabled & the In.adr are present, I have also created a Reserve-Lookup zone but this has no effect?
