Wins question

I have been checking our 3 wins servers to ensure that they are replicating correctly. The dynamic database seems to be fine across the servers, but the static mappings do not seem to be replicating.
Any ideas?
Also, are the dynamic and static wins mappings stored in the same file (wins.mdb), or are they separate?
I have also found a winstmp.mdb file but am not sure what this is?

Static entries from a WINS Server do not show up in the Mappings\Static
Mappings of its replication partners.

Static entries in a WINS database are entered within Mappings\Static
Mappings. After the entry is added to the local database of the owner, it
replicates to its partners as a database entry. A WINS Static entry that
replicates to a partner does not show up in the Mapping\Static Mappings
box of its partners.
