Wins-Name Conflicts using NBTSTAT -n

I have 3 Windows 2000 Server running in NATIVE mode

Server 1 has RRAS installed for VPN access, which also has an affinity for the Domain Master Browser Role.

Server 1 is being recognized at 10.0.0.3 (LAN) & 10.0.0.10 (RRAS) adapter address.

I have disabled computer browser service, hacked the reg, to exclude it from browsing elections and maintaining server list.

How do I get my remote access server to only be recongnized as 1 IP address/adapter, so that NBSTAT shows clean?
