I have a Win 2K Adv Server that has a single NIC and one modem used for RAS. When the server registers the master browser record in WINS it is listing the IP address for both connections, but it is listing the IP of the Modem first. This is preventing any internal clients from browsing the network. Does anyone know of a way of either forcing the server to register the IP of the NIC card first on the WINS record or of stopping it from registering the IP of the RAS connection all together? I would apreciate any help that I can get.

Right-click on 'my network places'
In the menu, go to Advanced
Go to advanced settings

Here you can set the bindings for your adapters

Hope this helps Peter Van Eeckhoutte
