WINS and windows NT 4.0--browsing network neighborhood

I have a windows NT 4.0 PDC with WINS enabled. Also in use is a novell netware 4.11 server. Users authenticate through both machines for access to resources. When network neighborhood is browsed, not all computers show up.

are all computers using TCP/IP ?

got it working...wins and TCP/IP was being used by all PCs but when they were set up some were not added the file and print sharing service. Once added i can see all pcs.
