Winroute Pro port mapping problems

If anyone has worked with Winroute pro before, maybe they can help me. I have mapped some ports on my Winroute pro machine. Some of them are successful while others are not. Any ideas on how to make them all work? It should re-route it no matter what...

this is the setup right now:
Port 80: Web server on 10.0.0.1 WORKING
Port 81: Remotely Anywhere (Web Server) on local machine (10.0.0.9) NOT WORKING
Port 21: FTP on 10.0.0.1 NOT WORKING
Port 6006: Web Mail (Web Server) on 10.0.0.1 WORKING
Ports 1024-1050: DCC for IRC on 10.0.0.2 apparently WORKING
i see nothing in common with all the ports or machines... do you?
