Hello,
I am having the following problem:
I installed Winroute Pro version 4.2.5 on Win XP (Home Edition, Service Pack 1). Then rebooted the system as suggested. But just before getting Win XP login screen the system crashes (bleu screen) with error "BAD_POOL_CALLER".
I then reboot the system and choose to start with the last good configuration (via F8 option). I get the login screen and can logon OK.
Once in Win XP it's impossible to get Winroute engine to start. When I double click "winroute.exe" I get the error "Winroute Pro engine could not be started: Function WRInit() failed, code 2".
I have also tried to start the engine within the services pannel ("control pannel"/"admin tools"
without success.
For info I installed winroute on my office laptop running Windows 2000 and it works just fine. Unfortunately I would like Winroute to be on my home PC running Win XP.
Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated.
Thanks to reply both in this forum and at mkada@hotmail.com
