While what was suggested above should work for setting passwords to "never expire", it is a really, really, really bad idea to do it. Best practices would be to have the password be required to be changed at a regular interval, usually 30-90 days. This has been standard practice in most enterprises for many, many years. Is there a reason why you wouldn't want that?
