WinNT to Win2K

Hello everyone,

I guess I'm new to this forum and to this side of town.

We are in the process of converting from WIn NT 4.0 to Win 2k. (Planning stage)

What books or sites do you all recommend to get up to speed on the difference between WinNT and Win2k?

Primarely how to do the conversion, caviats, things to look out for, pre-conversion planing recommendations and the like and also anything that would help after the fact.

I've been reading some of the posts and they've been helpful to keep in mind some of the things to keep in mind when we do the conversion.
