I need to know where I can get this to download on my computer. C:/winnt\system32\netsh.exe.

Uhhhh...Off the windows XP cd or the Windows 2K resource disc - but why would you want to put this on a win9x machine?

I need to d/l this on my computer to run a program from my kids school. They are homeschooled. I have windows 98

"Netsh.exe is a tool an administrator can use to configure and monitor Windows-based computers at a command prompt. With the Netsh.exe tool, you can direct the context commands you enter to the appropriate helper, and the helper then carries out the command. A helper is a Dynamic Link Library (.dll) file that extends the functionality of the Netsh.exe tool by providing configuration, monitoring, and support for one or more services, utilities, or protocols. The helper may also be used to extend other helpers."

Are you sure that this is what you want? What makes you think that you need this?

Because when I tried to install a program, an error came up and said it could not find it. And it needed it to open the program.
