Winnt & Norton

After the installation of norton in winnt it is giving blue screen while shutdown and using find files. If we uninstall norton problem will solve but i need norton in the system pls help. I think that norton service is not shutting down properly.pls help

Amphrodite1 u can uninstall this product then reinstall it .
so this program will ask about the update if u done this udate i think it will resolve the probleme
