winmysqladmin.exe doesn't respond ...

Hi all,
I'm working on W2K environment, running IIS, and after succesfully downloading and installing drivers myODBC-2.50, myODBC-3.51 and mySQL-4.0 as well, I restarted the computer and winmysqladmin.exe 's window pops up but is never responding.

Does anybody have any clue about what could be happening?

A: I went to services and stop/run MySQL service.
