Winmgmt.exe caused an illegal error...

The computer we use for EDI exchange has gone nuts thing morning...

It repedeatly throws "Winmgmt.exe caused an illegal error" pop-up and to tell you the truth I have no clue as to where I should start looking to fix the problem being that the file is internal part of Win2000...

Any ideas?

This post in event viewer...I will do the FAQ steps right now...
