Has anyone seen this?

All outgoing emails have this attachment on them.

I had a user complain about this and he had rich text format turned on in his outlook options. i had him change it to html and it cured his problem.

Thank to you both. The RTF setting was enable on the server. Disabled it and hey presto its gone.

I can't find where to turn off the RTF setting on my Exchange 2003 box. I looked at MSKB article but don't see an internet mail connector. I only have a SMTP connector. Can someone point me in the right direction?

System Manager - Global Setting - Internet Message Formats -
Right Click on default and choose properties.

Advanced tab.
